Typically, our downtown Toronto location can complete the repair for any known problem in under 1 hour. Supposing however, that your iPod or iTouch requires a diagnostic in order to determine the nature of the problem affecting it, then such is the case that a greater amount of time will be required to assess the nature of the repair problem.

1. Do you guys fix all models of iPod, or just the regular iPods?
   We fix the regular iPods (all generations) including photo, video, color and classic. We also fix the iPod Touch (iTouch) for cracked screens, usb / charging ports, headphone jack replacement and battery replacement. We also repair Ipod Nano, all generations.
2. Do you fix every problem, or just replace Batteries?
   We fix / repair almost all problems associated with iPod devices. If your iPod is a standard iPod, iPod Touch or iPod Nano, then we repair scroll wheels, LCD screens, Touchscreens (Digitizers), heaphone jacks, USB / Charging ports and even do battery replacements. We do no repair mainboards inside iPods, as it is typically too expensive to do so.
3. How do I know which model of iPod I have?
   If you can touch the screen to make it do things, then you have an iPod Touch. If your player is sqauarish and has an LCD screen and a scroll wheel, then you have a standard iPod. If your iPod is small and really thin, then it's probably an iPod Nano. Otherwise, you probably have a different iPod model that we do not currently repair. If you're unsure, give us a call.
